SUMMARY
Failed to install mysql-server-8.0 on kde neon 5.21(or 5.20) through command
"sudo apt install mysql-server" .
I also checked /etc/apt.d/preference.d/ directory which refered by some
solutions from google, but these was no 50-neon-mariadb file in this
directory.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open terminal apps such as konsole
2. type command "sudo apt install mysql-server"
