SUMMARY
My laptop's built in volume hotkeys no longer function after the 5.21 update.
Checking acpid and journalctl shows that the acpi events are going unhandled.
It also seems that libinput is reporting that the system is slow (from the
program I'm using for touchpad gestures).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Lenovo t495s laptop
2. Update to 5.21
3. try using built-in keyboard volume hotkeys

hotkeys don't work
