youduda's also worked for me.
What I found also interesting: when I had two *different* layouts, us and de,
it would mix those two, depending on the application. When I have selected
de-de, in emacs or DDNet I had en-us, in firefox and KDE programs de-de.
Arch Linux on Wayland
At first I thought it was some xorg/wayland stuff, but the xeyes dont move on
emacs, so I guess that it's something else?
