SUMMARY
When the screen is locked automatically while receiver + TV are turned off, the
lock screen is freezed at the time the TV + receiver is turned on again.
Entering the password works though, but there's no text field shown. The mouse
cursor is visible and movable. A video is available here, showing the issue:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect PC to receiver
2. Set automatic screen locker
3. Turn off TV + receiver
4. Wait until screen is locked
5. Turn on TV + receiver
6. Observe
OBSERVED RESULT
The lock screen is freezed
EXPECTED RESULT
The lock screen is not freezed, reacts to user input, shows text field and
updates time
