STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a clip with a marker already set
2. Right click > Markers > Edit Marker
3. Click Ok
OBSERVED RESULT
Shortcuts for play/forward/rewind don't work anymore because the monitor has
lost focus. It's possible to hit ESC to regain focus.
EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcuts should still work.

Windows 10
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When the Project Bin has focus, the shortcuts still work in the Clip Monitor
and they also do after having set a marker, so this problem doesn't show up in
this case. When you focus the Clip Monitor with the mouse, the problem shows up
again.
