What happens when I try to move a widget within a page
SUMMARY
The option to move a row of widgets in a system monitor page does not appear to
have any effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on 'Edit page'
2. Click on the outermost box that appears on a widget
3. Click on the button that says 'move', and without releasing the mouse
button, attempt to drag the widget up/down within the same page
OBSERVED RESULT
The widget moves along with the cursor, but it goes back to its initial
position when you release the cursor (see attached video)
EXPECTED RESULT
The widget should be moveable using the 'move' button.
