I could not get the dialog close automatically when I did a task switch without using Alt+Tab, i.e. only using clicks, even when I moved the mouse after the dialog opened. But when I did Alt+Tab, unplugged/replugged and kept the mouse unmoved, the dialog stayed opened _until_ I moved the mouse.
