SUMMARY
Discover is not showing a prompt dialog when a new package is going to be
installed & sometimes a package being removed.
Previously discover used to show the list of packages to be installed, removed
and updated when a new package is going to be installed with "proceed" and
"cancel" buttons. But now discover is installing, updating packages without
confirmation, see the video.
"pkcon" command shows that a new package is going to be installed, but discover
doesn't notify about it.
EXPECTED RESULT
Discover asking for confirmation when new packages are going to be installed or
being removed.
