To reproduce, click on a link inside Telegram. For example, send a message with
"kde.org" in it, and then click on it.
Normally, you would expect this to open in your default web browser, Firefox in
my case.
I observed this occurring in both Discord and Telegram, so I assume it affects
XWayland clients. I tried typing "https://kde.org"; into Konsole and opening the
link in there, which opened in Firefox as expected. I tried both Xwayland
Firefox and Firefox on Wayland. I don't remember this issue occurring before
Plasma 5.21.2.
