STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. play an audio stream using Firefox for example

OBSERVED RESULT
after a delay monitor is switched off thus inbuilt speakers are also switched
off.
EXPECTED RESULT
After a delay monitor screen is switched off and speakers are not switched off.
or
perhaps easier, as for video don't switch off monitor when listening an audio
stream.
