[kopete] [Bug 228527] Activating the option "Animate on message with open chat" doesn't work like it used to in 4.3.4. Kopete's system tray icon doesn't animate anymore upon receiving new messages on open, unfocused/minimized chat windows.

I moved from KDE to icewm 9 years ago. As far as I am concerned, you can close
the bug.
