[kdenlive] [Bug 417320] Kdenlive 19.12.1 x86 appimage failed after wrongly set project settings. Version 17.04.3 had no problem with changing project settings.

Yes definitely changing project fps causes problems and is not recommended. The
user now gets a warning.
