SUMMARY
Fiscal year setting is a global setting. As has been previously reported, it
should really be a file specific setting. I maintain 2 different files and need
2 different fiscal year dates.
In addition, the DAY setting for the fiscal year is limited to a maximum value
of 28 regardless of month. This is ok only for February. All other months need
to be able to set a higher value.
