SUMMARY
When I try to use "Position and zoom" or "Zoom pan" effects on a video and then
I export it scaled, any zoom/pan is lost in the final rendering.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create any 1920x1080 project
2. Add a video clip
3. Apply a "Position and zoom" effect to the clip
4. Render the video as mp4 and rescale to 600x337
OBSERVED RESULT
The rendered video is scaled down to 600x337, but it has no zoom applied to it.
EXPECTED RESULT
A rendered video that's scaled and that keeps all the effects applied to it.
