In the Breeze sddm greeter, usernames can be partially obscured by the default
user avatar image.
The shutdown/restart buttons can also be misaligned with each other
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Neon user edition or dev edition with plasma 5.7.0 and Qt 5.7.0
2. Run to standard sddm greater

Misalignment of username/avatar and buttons
Expected Results:
Username should not be obscured at all to any degree
Buttons should be aligned.
