SUMMARY
New comments balloons don't fit adapt to desktop themes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discovery;
2. Search for an application;
3. Enter an application page and try to read the comments.
OBSERVED RESULT
A white border around the comment balloons and a strip at the bottom of them
break the consistency of the design. This did not happen in previous versions.
EXPECTED RESULT
Design elements adaptable to the used theme.
