SUMMARY
Cannot search transitions and effects in Unicode languages using the search
bar. I experienced this problem on Hebrew and Arabic.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a unicode languages (like Hebrew).
2. Search for an effect (for example "עמעום כניסה").
3. If the search did not find "עמעום יציאה", you reproduced the bug.
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot find effects and transitions in Unicode languages.
EXPECTED RESULT
Can find effects and transitions in Unicode languages.
