I've just tried.
With French keymap, "Alt+É" as custom shortcut for "Alt+`" ("Walk Through
Windows of Current Application) work fine here on Wayland. Doesn't work on X11.
"Alt+`" works for me on Wayland but not on X11. Tried with English US and
French keymap (both work on Wayland, both fail on X11).
