--- Comment #1 from stephan <[email protected]> ---
I have researched this a little more.
Firstly, I tried to compile the old kstars 3.4.3 and see if the error is still
there. Interestingly enough, the error was still present when using the 3.4.3.
Then I reverted to an older system image on my raspi with a working kstars
3.4.3 and the error was gone.
So my assumption is, that something in the "sudo apt update; sudo apt
full-upgrade" that I did in order to get the latest kstars 3.5.2 must have done
something.
To test this, I used the old system image and only compiled kstars 3.5.2
without a "sudo apt full-upgrade" beforehand. It compiled fine and does not
show the error anymore!?
So technically, I now have a working up-to-date kstars and ekos, but it leaves
a strange feeling that something is still wrong. But that is as far as my basic
linux skills will take me.
