SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the updates available notification on the taskbar

OBSERVED RESULT
A transparent window opens on top of the Discover interface as updates being
checked/UI elements being loaded. I'm not sure which one is the case.
EXPECTED RESULT
Discover silently opens without any random text messages displayed.
