connected second display via VGA, logged out: Plasma logout dialog always
appears on second display, no matter what, retaining resolution of primary
screen
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. plug VGA screen
2. optionally reboot
3. logout
Actual Results:
logout dialog in second screen, with resolution as it was in primary
Expected Results:
logout dialog on primary screen,
all the monitors are desaturated
