changing primary screen setting in systemsettings is not honoured
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect VGA screen to laptop
2. reboot
3. change primary monitor in systemconfig
Actual Results:
nothing happens (except plasma reloading)
Expected Results:
default workspace should be displayed in primary screen,
windows should open in primary screen if launched from primary screen
