SUMMARY
KIO programs: protocol was unable to start application. Instead, desktop file
preview was opened.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add icon to folder view showing desktop
2. This icon should point to programs: Games
3. Click on this icon
4. Select category
5. Try to open some game

Desktop file was opened in Kate/Kwrite
