SUMMARY
When the "Show tooltips" option is unchecked, the pipewire code to create a
screencast of the hovered tasks is still loaded when hovering over icons.
This, with other conditions, can cause a segfault of kwin_wayland similar to
BUG 434452.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Uncheck "Show tooltips" in the task manager options
2. Start pw-mon in a terminal
3. Hover over icons in the task manager
OBSERVED RESULT
pw-mon shows screencast nodes being created for each hovered icon
EXPECTED RESULT
pw-mon shows no change
