SUMMARY
If the brush settings dialog is open, using the shift+drag canvas input
shortcut to change brush size will decouple the brush tip size shown in the
brush editor with the functional size. This is more than a visual issue as
tweaking settings in the brush settings dialog will reset the functional size
to what's shown in the brush settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open brush settings dialog.
2. Shift + left-click drag on the canvas to change brush size.
OBSERVED RESULT
The brush sizes between the brush editor and the actual brush size will
decouple.
EXPECTED RESULT
No brush size decoupling.
