Only if the Yakuake window is NOT minimized. This will help the user to switch
to it with the mouse if the Yakuake window is currently in the background. Of
course, if the window is maximized and active, then when you click on this
button, Yakuake should hide up, and the button itself should be removed from
the taskbar.
