SUMMARY
When using kwin_x11 --replace all windows are assigned to "all activities"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some windows on different activities
2. Run kwin_x11 --replace
OBSERVED RESULT
All existing windows are assigned to "all activities"
EXPECTED RESULT
kwin could preserve the information about to which activity a window belongs,
when replacing kwin with a new instance of kwin.
