When you open KDE connect via the icon on in the taskbar you can't close it by
clicking it again.

I have just upgraded to Plasma 5.7 with the new fangled system tray and I've
just noticed this bug. 

KDE Connect version  0.9.g-3

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on KDE connect icon in the system tray to open plasmoid
2. Click on KDE connect icon in the system tray to close plasmoid
3.

Actual Results:  
When you click on KDE connect icon in the system tray to close plasmoid it
doesn't close

Expected Results:  
Plasmoid window should close

I have confirmed this on another PC running plasma 5.7
