STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a pdf file
2. create an inline note annotation
3. type in any character with accent. ex: á, é, í, ó, ú
OBSERVED RESULT
The accented characters are not displayed
EXPECTED RESULT
To display the accented characters
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
I use Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS (Bionic Beaver)
