SUMMARY
When I make a text box but don't enter text the blinking cursor still appears
but there is no vector layer for it. Also can not resize text one it is placed
(can be moved and rotated)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. draw box for text
2. type no text
3. close text box
OBSERVED RESULT
blinking type cursor is still there
no vector layer appears for it
EXPECTED RESULT
can edit text box even if there is no text entered
