SUMMARY
When opening context menus in GTK 2/3/4 apps, cursor changes to default X
cursor (from default Xorg theme, not current cursor theme)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open GTK+ 2/3/4 app
2. Open context menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor changes to X cursor
EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor stays the same
