Currently you force a specific title-bar color by creating a whole color scheme, then creating a kwin rule, then setting the color scheme in the rule. Then the color schemes and rules will clutter up your settings. Can't this process be whittled down to fewer actions? As in: Window settings -> force titlebar color -> pick a color -> DONE.
