SUMMARY
exe-thumbnailer was replaced by icoextract-thumbnailer in hirsute release, and
.exe thumbnailer no longer works.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kubuntu 21.04
2. install `exe-thumbnailer`
3. No .exe previews.
OBSERVED RESULT
No .exe previews.
EXPECTED RESULT
.exe previews.
