Magic lamp effect used to raise/minimize window from/to taskbar item. Now it
goes to mouse position instead.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable magic lamp effect
2. Minimize window using hotkey.
Actual Results:
Window disappears either into mouse position directly or into edge point that
is closest to mouse.
Expected Results:
Window should disappear into taskbar item of that window.
