SUMMARY
Similar issue affected plasma-pa applet recently, see bug 434769
when I use special keyboard keys, the screen brightness changes as expected,
like this...
5% -> 10% -> 15% -> 20%...
when I scroll on battery applet using my touchpad the percentage changes
randomly, as we can see
in the attached screen recording.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. hover over battery applet in system tray
2. adjust the screen brightness by scrolling with touchpad
3.
EXPECTED RESULT
screen brightness changes like this
5% -> 10% -> 15% -> 20%...
