SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximize the FF window;
2. Open two tabs;
3. Detach one tab to make a new window
OBSERVED RESULT
The new window won't be maximized.

1. There is no Windows Rules enabled;
2. This bug was reported in Firefox Buzgilla, but it appears that it's a
