SUMMARY
I have a single monitor that I use with 2x scaling on X11. When using Wayland
(with NVidia card) everything is unscaled and kscreen shows conflicting
information
OBSERVED RESULT
Everything is unscaled.
The KScreen KCM shows 200% scale for the screen
kscreen-doctor shows:

EXPECTED RESULT
Everything is scaled by 2x, kscreen kcm and kscreen-doctor agree on scale value
