STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Discover 5.20.5
2. Click on the "Home" icon to "Return to Featured Page"
OBSERVED RESULT
An error is produced upon attempting to load content after clicking the home
icon:
"Unable to load applications. Please verify Internet connectivity."
EXPECTED RESULT
Loading of a application browsing portal to find/install new apps

This had happened in the past, then it resolved after a later released update,
but now it is happening once again.
