Kdenlive loads with the "Show Title Bars" button un-checked, but the Title bars
are still there. I tried checking, then unchecking the box, but no fix.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the top menu, go to View, then check/uncheck "View Title Bars"
Actual Results:
Title bars don't go away.
Expected Results:
Title bars should disappear from layout.
Bug discovered using Kdenlive git master from ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master on
Linux Mint 18 x64, Cinnamon 3.0.2, KDE Frameworks 5.18.0
