Kaffeine was just installed on Ubuntu 16.04. I did reboot to attempt repair.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Either double-click .voc audio file, or
2.Open file from Kaffeine.
3.Same message appears.
Actual Results:
When opening .voc audio file error message reads, "Can not find demux plugin
for MRL."
Expected Results:
Sound.
Apparently something wasn't installed.
