SUMMARY
I opened a previous project and i can not paint or rub out on any layer of the
project.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restarted the app = same result
2. Restarted laptop = same result
3. I tried a different drawing pad = same result
OBSERVED RESULT
No matter what action i take i can no longer paint or rub out on previous
projects. This coupled with the app crashing or refusing to open every so
often.
