SUMMARY
Right-clicking launcher on panel when the launcher is open displays the
right-click menu underneath the launcher.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Application Launcher by clicking on its icon on the panel.
2. With the launcher open, right-click the icon.
3. The menu appears under the launcher.
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu appears under the launcher.
EXPECTED RESULT
Either menu appears over the launcher or launcher is closed and menu is
displayed instead.
