STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install Layan global theme from KDE Store
2. uninstall Layan global theme via GHNS window of Global Theme KCM
3. go to SDDM KCM: SDDM theme from just uninstalled Layan global theme is still
available
4. remove Layan SDDM theme
5. reinstall Layan global theme
6. go to SDDM KCM again: now Layan SDDM theme is not available
7. click on "Get new SDDM themes..." button
8. click on "Everything" on top, choose "Show only installed entries"
OBSERVED RESULT
Layan SDDM theme is marked as installed despite it is not available for
selection
in SDDM KCM
EXPECTED RESULT
Layan SDDM theme sohuld be available for selection in SDDM KCM after
reinstallation
in the step 5
