SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I booted the computer.
OBSERVED RESULT
A pop-up window appears automatically on the desktop that's entitled "Ambiguous
Shortcuts -- KJots" with these contents:
"There are two actions (Bold, Add Bookmark) that want to use the same shortcut
(Ctrl+B). This is most probably a bug. Please report it in bugs.kde.org"
