SUMMARY
Latte task manager plasmoid wouldn't load at all in Testing Edition
OBSERVED RESULT
I would see that Latte task manager icon like that after boot, or if Latte dock
needs to reload
EXPECTED RESULT
Latte dock task manager should load normally.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The task manager plasmoid is at the top too because I was testing to see if the
applet will show up.
