SUMMARY
The button "Change Wallpaper..." in the new Quick Settings of System Settings
apperas not to be doing anything, when clicked nothing happens.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click "Change Wallpaper..."
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
A dialog opens allowing to change the wallpaper.
