SUMMARY
1. See this screenshot with the other two types of graphs next to the bar
graph, it is the only one that does not have a background for the area that is
not being consumed.

2. The background color of the pie chart (the second) is different from the
horizontal bar chart (the first). The contrast for panels using the dark breeze
theme is better with the background color of the first widget, so others should
also use it. According to kcolorpicker, it's #4b4f52(?)
