1) lack of texture might be caused by that exact thing - lack of loading of
texture... Are any other brushes that had texture before working correctly? For
example "Pencil Tilted"?
2) If you go to Settings -> Manage Resources and then use the "Brush Presets"
and "Local Resources" options, and then then check "Show deleted resources",
can you find them?
