STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a new user account with Users KCM
2. select the new user account in accounts list
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, initial letter of account name is not
verically centered inside default avatar displayed in account details.
Avatar displayed in the accounts list does not have this bug.
EXPECTED RESULT
vertically centered letter
