theme change from Dark to Light - text color stays in dark theme
SUMMARY
Changing the theme in Quick Settings doesn't affect the text color in the "Most
Used Settings" section
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Quick Settings in System Settings
2. Change theme from light to dark or vice versa on the Quick Settings page
OBSERVED RESULT
The theme changes but the text color on in Most Used settings isn't affected,
resulting in light text on light background or dark text on dark background,
rendering it unreadable.
EXPECTED RESULT
The text color in Most Used should change according to the theme setting.
